Want to Present at Over the Air 2009? Suggest a Session!

The program committee has been working hard to bring you a great program of sessions, tutorials, master-classes, topic overviews etc.. for Over the Air 2009. We also want to open this process up to the community so today we’re launching our session suggestion form for Over the Air 2009. If you want to run a session covering any aspect of mobile technology, development, design / art or user experience, please visit the form and let us know by answering a few simple questions. We’ll be taking suggestions over the next week (until the 28th of August) and then the program committee will be making final decisions by the 4th of September (followed shortly by an at least tentative event schedule). In the meantime, we’ll begin posting already-confirmed speakers shortly.

Your OverTheAir initiative seems to exclude developers wanting to talk directly to Nokia. I have tried numerous routes to find the person who can assist us within Nokia to take a desktop product and guide us on how to cause it to run on a touch screen device. I am not seeking financial support, only technical guidance.

Ivan — on the contrary, Nokia is a gold sponsor of the event and Nokia will also be running info sessions on their technology. This event is open to all technologies and companies who wish to participate. We’re not excluding anything or anybody.
