A quick workshop where Developer Advocate, Michael Brunton-Spall, will walk you through building a new web application in Lift and Scala that retrieves and shows content from the Guardian’s content archive.
This will show you how to sign up for a new key, how to get basic headlines, then how to build a whole article view.

Time permitting Michael will then show you how to use the advanced features of the API for faceting, search term highlighting and custom queries to select specific content.
