What are the privacy issues with mobile location based services? Even if you think you’re off-net, you may well be tracked.
Steve has over 20 years of relevant experience (many years ago he worked for Cellnet and designed and rolled-out their wide area tcp/ip network in the early 90?s).
Steve previously worked at Demon and helped it grow to become the largest consumer ISP in the UK and stayed there through the acquisition by Scottish Telecom and floatation as THUS Plc. After leaving THUS he then consulted for a while, before joining Textic Ltd as CSO.
More recently, he is a director of Rummble Ltd and also DBVu Ltd (which he is actively participating in) and has just launched a new start-up, Storyworks Interactive, which is producing an interactive eBook reader/platform. He also writes for technology sites and is an early stage investor.
